Rule of thumb, one rose per item. However, some items we require more and for some items we may
need less than one rose. It is always best to send us entire rose. Please call or email us for further
details.

Yes, we can use many types of flowers. However, roses are the best.  There are a few types of flowers
that do not work well for our process including Lilies and Cymbidium Orchids (other types of orchids
work very well) and most Exotic flowers do not work well for our process.

We work with both fresh and already dried flowers. However to ensure the most vibrant color it is very
important that we receive your flowers within a few days.  Please call or email us for further questions
regarding your fresh or already dried flowers.

We consider flowers that are 1 day to 2 or 3 weeks old to be fresh. We have worked with flowers that are
many years old as well. Please call or email us regarding your flowers. Our customers send photos
of their flowers to us via email so we can see the color and condition of their older flowers.

Orders typically take about 10-16 weeks. Rose Keepsakes is a labor of love. As such, every item is handmade and hand-shaped, there are no machines involved in our process. This process is reflected in the time it takes to craft your keepsake. Orders can sometimes take a little longer, especially for longer orders. Order times can vary throughout the year depending on demand and season.

It is important to note that we cannot rush orders.

• The sooner we receive your flowers the better.
• Do not peel the petals off (we prefer to do this step)
• Place your flowers in a box.
• Do not use any plastic, paper towels as this can cause rapid browning to your flowers while they
  are being shipped to us.
• Cut the stems of the flowers, we only need the whole flower head
• Place your flowers in the box. Just let flowers be free in the box.  You can put the order form and shipping form in the box.   That’s all that goes in the box, no plastic or no bubble wrap.
• Do not use envelopes to ship.
• US Post Office is the cheapest method.
• If possible overnight your flowers to us or at least 2 day priority

Yes.  We offer gift certificates. Please call or email us.

When flowers dry some of the colors may change. This is especially the case for red roses, they dry to a
very dark Burgundy color. Pink Roses can dry to a more purple color (but not all, some stay pink). White
roses can dry to a yellow color, tannish color. We have even seen white roses turn to a green or pink
color. Please call or email us regarding questions about your flower colors. Once we know what you will
be sending us we can discuss.

Our glass beads are non-breakable.

Since these are made with your flowers, the only thing that can affect your keepsakes is water. We ask
that you take off the jewelry when you are showering, bathing, swimming, doing the dishes etc.

Our process is labor intensive. Each item is made by hand and has a significant amount of hand work. For
this reason we are unable to offer discounts.

We want you to know that every item is made with love in our hearts. We put every ounce of love and
